Workday - Adjunct Faculty Training Plans

Note: Adjunct Faculty will not begin Workday training until July 2026. Please check back here July 1, 2026 for specific information on how to access your training.

Adjunct Faculty are a large and valued part of our workforce. Starting with the Autumn 2026 semester, you will use the new teaching dashboard to view your courses and your rosters, complete participation verification, enter interim/final grades, create requests for student referrals, as well as use the system to view student notes, find student record and profile information, and view Academic Progress Reports (APRs). Training will take approximately 3 hours.

Important Notes:

  • Current adjuncts must complete all courses in the adjunct training plan by September 30, 2026.
  • For any new adjunct faculty hired for the Autumn 2026 semester and beyond, Workday training will be part of their normal college faculty orientation (replacing the current Colleague training).

Note: Adjunct faculty who have a full-time staff or administrative position with the college will work with their supervisors to complete these training modules as part of their regular workload.
