Resources for Proctored Exams
Proctoring Support
DEIS and Accessibility and Testing Services have teamed up to provide faculty support for all aspects of
online testing (Alternative Assessment, Respondus Monitor, Zoom, ProctorU, and Testing Center).
Contact the Faculty Assistance Center (FAC) at teaching@cscc.edu for help with any of the following issues.
- Consultation to decide what is the best testing option for your course.
- Moving paper and pencil/attached tests to the Blackboard test feature. To use Respondus Monitor or
LockDown Browser for virtual testing, the test must have been made in the Blackboard test feature.
- Setting up Respondus LockDown Browser and Respondus Monitor for your tests.
- Providing training on offering live faculty “self” proctoring using Zoom.
- Directing faculty to Alternative Assessment resources and training (for one-on-one virtual training, go to the DEIS Faculty Consultation Scheduling site).

- Linking exams to RegisterBlast.
- Assisting with student check-in for virtual faculty proctoring with Zoom.
